Quality Youth Lessons (Ages 3 - 5)
Specially designed lessons offering the youngest of our skiers and riders the individualized attention they demand. We are proud to be one of the few schools that start children at age three (3) on snowboards. Children will experience the excitement of snow-sliding in small groups, at a maximum of five (5) students, per pro, closely arranged by age and ability.
The day includes ski or ride time and other interactive, age-appropriate, outdoor and indoor activities. Lessons include a lift ticket, lunch, and real-time GPS tracking provided by Flaik for superior safety and peace of mind. Please visit our Ski and Ride Lesson Tips to help your child come to the lesson prepared for the day. Walk-ups are accepted until 9am on the day of lessons.

Wear a Helmet
A helmet is required while skiing or riding for all youth (ages 18 & under) participants in group or private lessons. Youth Rental Equipment packages include a helmet. Helmets are also available to rent separately.
Prepare for Your Child's Lesson
Advanced reservations are highly recommended. Please arrive with plenty of time to go through the check-in process at guest services and rentals; which begins at 8:00 AM with supervision for youth ages 3-5 starting at 8:30 or 9:00 for ages 6-15. All Programming & Locations are subject to change and may be dependent on snow & conditions. Call us direct at (800) 458-8386.
- Children must be completely toilet trained and out of diapers and pull-ups to participate in this program. Children who are not toilet trained can sign up for our daycare Belly Button Bakery.
- Children must be ready for a peaceful separation and willing to learn to ski & ride and to participate in ski & ride school. If your child is uncomfortable with the idea of skiing or riding without you, please consider our family private option to introduce them to the sport.
- We are a nut free school: Bringing outside food due to allergies or picky eating is fine, but please make it nut-free.
- Our lessons start at 9:30. If your child is a chair rider, please consider timing your arrival closer to 9 as to allow time for the class to get ready and depart the schoolhouse at 9:30
